We have a team of highly skilled Retrofit Assessors with extensive knowledge of the end to end process of Retrofit Assessment. Our Assessors come from a construction background with a deep knowledge of building construction, and the systems and processes adopted as part of a Retrofit Project.
We will help you unlock the energy and carbon saving potential of your home or property with a friendly and well structured assessment process.
During the visit, our assessors will complete an inspection of your property to understand the existing construction details. Some aspects they will consider include the existing services, maintenance conditions, exposure of the building, access and egress, and statutory approvals such as planning or listed building consent approval.
Our assessor will then complete an Occupancy Assessment to help us understand how you live and use the building, what your future aspirations are for the property and the way you want to live.
The information will be collated into a Retrofit Assessment Pack which we will pass on to the Retrofit Coordinator and Designers.
